Speaking is easier when you prepare. A short script helps you organize your English before you talk to a teacher, employer, classmate, or community member. You can also use a script to explain the game, webpage, or application you planned in Lesson 7.
Today you will write a 60-second description of a project or another useful topic, practice pronunciation and timing, and review voice consent rules.
10.2 Why This Matters
AI can help revise a script or suggest clearer words. But your voice, your meaning, and your consent matter. You should not clone, copy, or imitate another real person’s voice. You should not record someone without permission.
Clear speaking helps you show what an application does, what you tested, and what you want to improve. Safe voice habits help you communicate respectfully.
Some exercises in the website version are interactive. You can type your answers directly on the page, and you can copy or download a backup if your teacher asks.
The main task is to write in the book, not to create separate files.

A script is the words you prepare before you speak. A short script helps you speak clearly and stay calm.
Pronunciation means how words sound. You can practice final sounds, word stress, pausing, and polite tone.
Voice consent means permission to record or use a voice. Use your own voice only. Do not clone, copy, or imitate another real person’s voice.
